1. About Us
Diglore Travel is operated by Diglore LLC, a United States limited liability company (“Diglore Travel”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We specialize in custom travel planning, bespoke itineraries, local guide coordination, retreats, and travel concierge support. Each journey is thoughtfully designed based on client preferences and availability of third-party suppliers.
2. Our Role
Diglore Travel acts as a travel planning and coordination service. We are not an airline, hotel, transportation provider, or tour operator unless expressly stated.
Many services included in your itinerary are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, guides, transportation providers, and experience operators.
3. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments.
We may collect:
A planning fee
A deposit
Full or partial payment depending on the nature of the trip
Deposits
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover planning time, reservations, and supplier commitments.
In some cases, a refundable or partially refundable deposit may be offered. This will be clearly stated in writing before payment.
4. Pricing & Fees
Prices may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, or supplier changes.
Diglore Travel does not control pricing set by third-party suppliers.
Optional itinerary-only services may be offered for clients who choose to book independently.
5. Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
Cancellation charges depend on:
Notice period
Supplier policies
Stage of planning or booking
Cancellation fees may range from loss of deposit up to 100% of trip cost, particularly closer to departure.
6. Changes & Amendments
Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees.
Some changes may not be possible once bookings are confirmed.
Diglore Travel reserves the right to make necessary adjustments due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Cancellations or Changes by Diglore Travel
In rare circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel services due to:
Supplier failure
Force majeure events
Safety concerns
In such cases, we will:
Notify you promptly
Offer reasonable alternatives where possible
Process applicable refunds in accordance with supplier policies
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports, visas, and entry requirements
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Health requirements and vaccinations
Reviewing itinerary details carefully
Diglore Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses due to incomplete documentation.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:
Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Delays and interruptions
10. Limitations of Liability
Diglore Travel is not liable for:
Airline delays or cancellations
Weather conditions
Political events or strikes
Acts of third-party suppliers
Loss, injury, or inconvenience beyond our control
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid directly to Diglore Travel for services rendered.
11. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, designs, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Diglore Travel and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Diglore LLC is registered.
